Resolved — We are very pleased to announce that Key backend IoT services were successfully rebuilt and restarted. Apps are now able to connect properly with Control Center, do checkins, checkouts, send/stop hazards, etc. We thank all our customers and users for their patience during this challenging time.

Identified — We are recommending customers do manual check-ins over the phone with their Monitoring Center agency until this issue is resolved. This allows Control Center to maintain an audit trail of customer monitoring.

We have isolated the cause to faulty behaviour in a component of our IoT Service Hub. We will be having a planned maintenance outage tonight starting at 1AM Sunday morning August 4, 2019, so that we can rebuild and restore that component to its original functioning state.
