Identified — Control Center is up and running. Devices are still not connecting. We are continuing to work on resolving issues on one IoT component.
Identified — Control Center is back up after the overnight planned emergency maintenance outage. Devices are still having problems connecting to Control Center at this time. We have engaged more resources in the resolution of this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience of this outage, and thank you for your patience.
Identified — SafetyAware devices have not been able to connect properly with Control Center throughout much of the day (August 3, 2019). We have isolated the cause to faulty behaviour in a component of our IoT Service Hub. We will be having a planned maintenance outage tonight starting at 1AM Sunday morning August 4, 2019, so that we can rebuild and restore that component to its original functioning state. During this planned outage, Control Center will not be available.
Identified — We have narrowed the cause to an issue with one particular 3rd party IoT service. We are continuing to work with that service. Control Center will be restarted now as part of the backend changes and will not be available for a few minutes.
Identified — There is an issue with our IoT backend services. We will be restarting those services. Control Center will be down for a few minutes until those services come back up.
