Identified — Control Center is back up after the overnight planned emergency maintenance outage. Devices are still having problems connecting to Control Center at this time. Identified — SafetyAware devices have not been able to connect properly with Control Center throughout much of the day (August 3, 2019). We have isolated the cause to faulty behaviour in a component of our IoT Service Hub. We will be having a planned maintenance outage tonight starting at 1AM Sunday morning August 4, 2019, so that we can rebuild and restore that component to its original functioning state. During this planned outage, Control Center will not be available.
