Investigating — We are experiencing some intermittent issues with our cloud service provider. This is causing some delays in processing messages. Users may have difficulty in sending and receiving messages (check-ins, sign off, etc.) during this time. If you are having connectivity issues please revert to a manual check-in process. Tonight our team is performing some optimization on the cloud service that will resolve the delays in sending messages. Thank you for you patience.
